Glorious morning
Sitting on bank of thames enjoying the sunshine and views. Lets hope I last the course.

Platform 15 waterloo should be in time for a coffee and pastry in richmond before collecting bike.
Interhealth/chgn bike ride
The train coming in to sidcup. Looks like a good day for a charity bike ride!
